Describe the bug

it says "failed to extract file 'C:\ProgramData\OpenShellSetup64_4_4_191.msi'"

Area of issue

Start menu

To reproduce

i did the wizard but it was stuck so i did it again and it gave me this error

Expected behavior

i thought i was gonna be fine until that error popped up

Open-Shell version

4.4.190

Windows version

Windows 11

Try to run installer as Administrator.

If that doesn't help, then please provide Process Monitor log from the installation attempt.
Something is preventing installer to create files in ProgramData.
