Describe the bug

I have 3 monitors set up, right one on portrait (Flipped), and everytime no task is focused on my main monitor and I press the Win key (or the Start button) Open-Shell opens between two monitors (Middle and Left)

(With monitors adjusted to the same height, still cut)

I'm on Windows 11, using Open-Shell 4.4.190

Area of issue

Start menu

To reproduce

  1. Have no main task open on main monitor
  2. Press Start or Win key while mouse is on main monitor
  3. Taskbar is cut with the other monitor

Expected behavior

Taskbar open in the main monitor without being cut

Open-Shell version

4.4.190

Windows version

Windows 11 23H3
