Describe the bug

So for some reason, transparency is basically on and off in places that have transparency.
First, it started with the popular (I think) WIN7LIKE COMBO revE skin, where the glass would look like this:
image
This is a recreation

This was until the recent Windows update that doesn't have symbols so far, so DWMBlurGlass can't make it use Aero glass instead of Windows 11 Acrylic, which should work fine but I don't want

Anyways, My taskbar has these edges in transparent areas
{23E808CF-478B-4E2C-BB4A-6AF6A049B781}
Original texture:
crapg

{7777D7B1-32C7-4404-AEE2-259BB0DFB688}
Original texture:
gparc

But also, it's happening with the desktop icons

Text shadow:
{C48A674C-B57A-4C04-9F76-CE4BBA4B92AE}

Transparent icon:
{F52953D7-DFD2-4A6F-984B-45AE7337E50C}
{647B0296-B4F7-4C78-8D1E-EA5CE4144EDC}

I suspect this could be because I've ran Simple Classic Theme before on this computer and have uninstalled it, or it could be from trying out Winaero Tweaker's Aero Lite theme.

Area of issue

Start menu, Taskbar, Windows Explorer, Installation/Other

To reproduce

  1. Attempt to make Windows 11 look like Windows 7 by using Open Shell, Explorer Patcher*, Winaero Tweaker, DWMBlurGlass, TranslucentTB, 7+ Taskbar Tweaker*, WIN7LIKE COMBO revE
  2. Either run SCT or apply Aero Lite
    *Might not be involved in the actual issue

Expected behavior

I expected it to look normal

Open-Shell version

4.4.191

Windows version

Windows 11 Home 23H2 OS Build 22631.4169

Additional context

No additional context (I think)

Similar experience here, start menu transparency doesn't work(no transparency) with Windows 10 style and default metro skin, no matter the transparency settings. OS is Windows 11 24H2 build 26100.
