I believe the only thing stopping this is that the configuration dir ~/.ot is hardcoded and would cause collisions.

Add a command line option to the notary to specify the config dir, --config-dir or something.

This is necessary for running all the "wrong server" tests, eg trying to deposit a cheque that was written from another notary.
