Update autocorrect dictionary

Please include improved autocorrect dictionary by Afnan Hossain (BotBang). It's based upon "সরকারি কাজে প্রমিত বাংলা ব্যবহারের নিয়ম - ২য় সংস্করণ" guidelines provided by Bangladesh Govt.

নির্দেশনাটিতে ভাষার অপপ্রয়োগ লক্ষণীয়, '২য়' অপপ্রয়োগ এবং 'দ্বিতীয়' শুদ্ধ প্রয়োগ।
ভাষা ব্যবহারের নিয়মের নির্দেশনার মধ্যেই ভাষার অপপ্রয়োগ লজ্জার বিষয়।

This type of use may be considered a misuse by Bangla Academy, but they are commonly used. These uses also closely resembles English use of grade, e.g. 1st, 2nd. Then why this unnecessary grammar policing exists only for Bangla?

Even in English, in formal writing, it is recommended to use "first", "second", "third" etc. to represent ordinal numbers. But, whatever, I myself don't care about it much either.
