Hold GPIO0 to force WiFi AP does not work on Huzzah #34

On the ESP32 Huzzah holding down GPIO0 for 5s does not force Wifi AP and holding GPIO0 for 10s does not force a hardware reset. Maybe the button for GPIO0 needs to be remapped?
