Desired capability or behavior.

Currently, Aviary generates an N2 model after model setup. It is very helpful to have this "early" N2 in case you need to debug a model that fails during run, but is less helpful to debug a model that does complete.

I would like for Aviary to re-generate the N2 after a successful model run (replacing the N2 generated earlier)
