Can not include lapacke.h with VS2008 ! #297

I did compile sucessfully OpenBlas on Windows 32bit. However, when I create a C++ project and include lapacke.h, VS2008 cannot compile header comple.h. As I know this version of VS doesn't support C99. I tried to find something to solve but had nothing to use.

I found this issue: #95
Can i use it to solve this problem? And how to?
