Mach number overwritten in some common_funcs.jl functions #139

The user-specified Mach number is overwritten when evaluating some of the functions in common_funcs.jl. Examples include calcUnsteadyVortex2 and calcIsentropicVortex.

This is a problem if the user is performing any sensitivity analysis wrt Mach number.
