I have enabled it globally,but I don't want to use it for firefox,so how can I disable it for that?

If this issue is specific to firefox: Right click an empty spot in the tabbar, click customize and at the bottom left check the titlebar option.
I'm very late, but I just want to point out that the setting you speak of is missing when gtk3-nocsd is installed (I previously had manually enabled the aforementioned setting before having discovered gtk3-nocsd in just the last month).
