After Obsidian update 1.6.5 Editing toolbar don't appear when I open a note and is hidden randomly

Describe the bug

The editing toolbar doesn't appear when I open a note and is hidden randomly when it loses focus. By "randomly" I mean that it doesn't always disappear and I can't identify a pattern.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a note in edit mode

Expected behavior

Editing toolbar should be visible and keep that way, because the option "Editing toolbar position" is set to "top" and "Auto hide" is set to false.

System information:

• SO: Fedora Linux 40 (Workstation Edition);
• Window system: Wayland;
• Obsidian version: 1.6.5;
• Obsidian package format: flatpak.

Observation

• Maybe it's the same bug as Editing Toolbar doesn't appear after Obsidian restart #167, but I prefer open a new issue because in this case Editing toolbar disappears even though I click on status bar button to show it again.
