Inconsistent capital starting letters (+ irrelevant word in "upload attach file")

Describe the bug
In the Editing Toolbar some of the first icons has a capital starting letter while others doesn't.

To Reproduce

1. Hover over different icons

Expected behavior
Either consistent capital or non capital letter

Screenshots

Desktop:

• Windows 11 Pro
• Obsidian 1.7.4
• Editing Toolbar 2.4.16

Additional context
If the texts are being changed, I also think that the "upload attach file" shold be reduced to "attach file", since upload is irrelevent when attach is there.
