"Address already in use" error after clicking GUI Update button

I've started playing around with lollms (thank you for the amazing work by the way). I've installed it a handful of time attempting to get a good grasp on the process and what administering it looks like. I've run into a bit of an issue I am hoping you can point me in a direction on.

My lollms-webgui UI is suggesting there is an update available to the program. When I click on it I do not see in the terminal that there is actually any updated software available. It appears that everything is already updated. However, upon completing the update, and lollms attempts to restart the web interface it failes with the following sets of errors:

** Starting the application manually after that point starts the application as expected.

This is a new install on new Debian distro, installed through the miniconda method.

I'll probably track this down. If I do I'll come back and post here, but if you've seen this before I'd love feedback.

closing. no longer needed. I ended up swapping out to a different machine and it is not experiencing this issue so I cannot test.
