Add a function that creates an org and handles related logic

Should:

• create the org
• add the creator as an org admin
• add redirect urls to keycloak

This is the short term solution, longer term when a user clicks "Create org" in either app they should probably be redirected to something like core.platoproject.org/createorg that handles that for both apps

so we're doing a variant on the previous comment, if a user clicks create org in realities they will be redirected to dreams, and afterwards they will be redirected back to realities
