Can't click search options flyout

The search options flyout hides when your mouse hover leaves the search box. It disappears before you can reach the search options, so it becomes impossible to click on the options.

Repro:

1. Click search box, search options appear
2. Type search terms
3. Move mouse over search options flyout

Expected
Search options flyout is clickable

Actual
Search options flyout disappears

Maybe base the search options display based on focus rather than hover.
