Hi There,

I'm unable to export CSV and XML report result in error below:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.

Any idea?

got the csv report in /opt/nerve/reports, however, it's not a complete list compared to txt report...
not sure what went wrong...
