May be Toornament API

Additional context
Challonge tournament integration with get5 web panel to manage matches and scores.

@PhlexPlexico have a look at this commit for ideas.

Most likely won't be doing this. People are welcome for PRs, but I don't have the motivation/time to work on this project.

Also, I would much prefer to see Toornament incorporated first, since that was asked. See #50
