New Issues occuring (Server Throttling etc)

Getting a lot of Server Throttling issues looping where the bot simply won't run.

In addition to this there are times when the bot is stale for 30mins, 1 hour, 5 hours etc where I have gone out and left it. But the app won't say it's stale and therefore won't restart itself

It seems too if I set the config to:

It does this process too quickly sometimes exchanging many pokemon in quick succession which seems to result in a softban.

I think server throttling may = softban. As it seems I cannot see pokestops at all when this happens on my original device. But strangely an see them on another/a new cell phone.
