oscc-joystick-commander does not differentiate fault origin

Description:

When oscc-joystick-commander is in use it differentiate between vehicle faults and OSCC faults.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Start OSCC and Joystick Commander
2. Enable OSCC
3. Override OSCC to show Disable Controls and Fault:

Expected behavior:

A description of where the fault is originating to differentiate from car faults and oscc faults would provide clarity.
