AIApplication calling function multiple times despite success

hello! huge fan of the library, I've been experimenting with it a lot.

to add: I believe I've seen this with GPT-4, and it seems much more common w/ GPT-3.5-16k

one "bug" I've noticed -- I'm hoping someone can provide some guidance on why this is happening, I'm not sure that's it's really a bug with Marvin -- is an AIApplication calls its open in webrowser tool multiple times in a row. this is the tool definition:

any guidance appreciated! I'm sure I can change some strings or play around to ensure it's only called once, but curious why it's happening (I've seen this behavior a few times, particularly w/ this opening a webpage tool)
