I have an irregularly shaped dataset, where I have the tile locations stored in a file. When I load the dataset xml with BigStitcher (.n5 format), all the tiles are centered at 0,0,0. After I load the tile locations from a file, I see the correct arrangement, but the original 0,0,0 tile arrangement persists, resulting in duplicate tiles, which makes stitching impossible. Is this a bug, or am I setting this up incorrectly? Happy to share the tile location file if it would help. Thanks!
