What are your preferred ways of downloading & installing MONAI Deploy Express?

MONAI Deploy Express is a way to run the MONAI Deploy platform on your laptop, desktop, or any other system.
It includes Informatics Gateway, Workflow Manager, Task Manager, and all of the dependencies (Mongo, RabbitMQ, MinIO, Orthanc)

MONAI Deploy Express runs the same services as what you would have on a production system except it uses Docker to orchestrate your MAPs.
