Due to issues described in
typescript-eslint/typescript-eslint#1592
yarnpkg/berry#589
eslint fails on windows machines when using yarn 2
Until they are fixed, I removed windows support from our CI
We need to re enable windows (and fix the platform badge) once those issues are fixed
