CkBTC swapping not working!!

Dear plug maintainer ...
In the mobile application ... i tired swapping 1 ICP with ckBTC ....it didn't work ... i tried it again it didn't work ... no error no transaction loading it just didn't work... then suddenly after a day I check my wallet and I see that 4 ICP has been sent ...and no ckbtc is available .
