Pots aren't breakable while prevent loot table blocks from being broken is on, even though that is the only way to loot them

Expected behavior

I expected the pot to break in the trial chamber, as that is the only way to receive loot from it.

Observed/Actual behavior

The pot was unable to be broken and the message that shows up when other loot table blocks are attempted to be broken appears.

Steps/models to reproduce

Enable the deny breaking of loot table blocks config option in purpur extras
Go to a trial chamber in survival without op
Find a decorative pot
Try breaking it with anything to receive the loot inside
Observe how it won't let you
