[Feature Request] add in exclusion item list of a create-suspicious-blocks option.

The idea/problem for your feature request.

The create-suspicious-blocks option in PurpurExtras currently makes suspicious blocks without any exclusions. This can be problematic since plugins like Core Protect can't detect users creating suspicious blocks and it can be dangerous if users can transfer shulkers this way as it's impossible to track this sort of interaction. I would like to at least add an option to disable creating suspicious blocks using shulkers.

Add an exclusion item list to the create-suspicious-blocks option. Users can specify items to exclude in a config file right under create-suspicious-blocks option.

Add an exclusion shulkers option in a config file right under create-suspicious-blocks option. This isn't a great solution since some people want to specify something else specific, not shulker boxes.
