repo clone problem

i've just cloned your repo but i get this error:
Failed to find target with hash string 'android-23' in: C:\Users\othman\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk
can you please tell me how to solve this?

but now there is a new error in the app build.gradle , "Failed to resolve: com.android.support:appcompat-v7:23.3.0"
any idea what this could be?

Check whether you have updated libraries and android studio. It worked with me.
