Face Recognition a bit slow

First, I really appreciate the efforts and generosity to make this repo public. 👍

As observed, the face detection is performing well. However, when coming to face recognition, the performance is a bit slow. it looks like the fps is dropping, such that the experience isn't that ideal. is it possible to make the recognition task background or sth?
