ERROR [qubit-cli:triggers]: hook is not a function #388

When using Qubit-React v1.3.3 I'm seeing this error in the console:

TypeError: hook is not a function
    at hooks.js:28
    at new Promise (<anonymous>)
    at runHook (hooks.js:28)
    at Array.map (<anonymous>)
    at Object.nativeMap [as map] (index.js:163)
    at Object.runHooks (hooks.js:25)
    at destroy (serve-experience.js:105)
    at restart (serve-experience.js:123)
    at pageview.js:8
