paymet_methods=vipps and FORM return error payment window #59

If you use FORM integration and set payment_methods=vipps and mobilepay subs specific branding, then the payment window return errors.

This is an unexpected error. Our developers have been notified.

If the error persists please contact the merchant. If you are the merchant please contact QuickPay.

Eg. pid 210694678, which also creates two sessions within 1 second.
