Switch to previous group goes to next group

The "switch to previous group" works the same as "switch to next group" it does not go to previous group as it should. I often toggle between windows and need to toggle between groups. The "switch to previous group" should take me to the previous group then back to the group I started at not the next group or it is just the same as the next group.
