[FR] Actions during merging and splitting sections: Notebook mode with potential to become a comprehensive upgrade to Longform

Longform, as one of the few plugins in the Obsidian community aimed at long-form writing, has several drawbacks. Its document hierarchy is overly simplistic, supporting only a single-level folder structure. It lacks the ability to split, combine, or convert between different formats. Additionally, its UI is relatively primitive and rough. These factors have resulted in very few successful use cases for Longform in practice.
In contrast, the outline.md plugin has the ability to merge and split sections, supports unlimited hierarchical levels, and features a visual navigation bar with a comfortable UI. It can also be used in combination with the Lineage plugin, giving it a considerable advantage for structured writing.
The only seemingly missing functionality is that outline.md lacks the ability to control and convert document formats when splitting and combining documents or outputting complete documents. Longform, on the other hand, can perform a series of actions such as skipping YAML when merging chapters into notes, replacing content enclosed in strikethrough, and removing content within %% comments. Therefore, it would be beneficial if outline.md could incorporate this advantage from Longform.
When performing actions like "merging multiple files into sections of a new note" or "splitting sections into separate notes," it would be ideal if outline.md could provide a pop-up window with selectable options. These options could include whether to skip/add YAML, remove comments, embed ![[]] links, remove strikethrough text, and so on. The selected options would then be executed simultaneously during the splitting/combining process.

longform作为ob社区中少数旨在用于长篇写作的插件，缺点不少，文档层级过于单一，仅支持一层文件夹结构，并且缺乏拆分组合或者相互转换的能力，再加上ui相对原始粗糙，这导致longform的成功实际使用案例实际上非常少。
相比之下，outline.md插件具有合并和拆分章节的能力，可以支持无限的层级，加上可视化的导航栏和舒适的ui，还能与lineage进行组合使用，用于结构化写作已经颇具优势。
似乎缺少的功能仅仅在于，outline.md缺少在拆分和组合文档、或者输出完整文档时对文档格式的控制和转换的能力，而longform则可以执行一系列动作，如合并章节成为笔记时跳过yaml，替换掉删除线包括的内容，去掉注释%%的内容，因此希望outline.md能将longform的这一优势吸收整合到outline.md中。在执行“将多个文件合并为一个新笔记中的多个章节”以及“将章节

拆分为笔记”时，可以弹窗提供一些可供选择的动作，如是否跳过/添加yaml，是否去掉注释，是否嵌入![[]]，是否去掉删除线等等，勾选上的选项即在拆分/组合的同时进行执行。
