It would be great if ggcyto_par_set provided option to ensure that the limits are sufficient to display all the data as well as any gates.
Currently, if all the data is inside the gates, the gates, being outside the data range, will not be seen in the plot.
It might make sense to support limit='data+gates' as interface to such ability.
