[Bug]: MapTool wont currently Build

Describe the Bug

MapTool won't currently build as the Gradle script relies on an older version of grgit, which can only be found on jcenter which now returns access denied.

To Reproduce

Attempt to build MapTool with gradle.

Expected Behaviour

It should build :)

Additional Context

jcenter was flagged to be decommissioned. We removed the jcenter dependency plugin at the time, but it seems internal plugins for Gradle still access it.
