CI doesn't test the static feature

I can offer creating docker build scripts similar to one that I used in #92 to reproduce the issue with static feature (which happens outside docker on live OS too)

Thanks for the offer! The goal for this issue is to test the static build in the CI environment, and the main obstacle is just that it's annoying to deal with features in workspaces.
