Not able to view the cookie banner on the frontend after having initially viewed it.

After having gone through the wizard a few times I expect to go to the frontend to view the cookie banner.
I was not able to see it. I even did a private window and I could not see it there.
I had to open a new browser one that I do not use so often and there I could view the banner. As I would like to see which functionality it contains.

Accept - Deny - Show preferences.

It is hard to say what the issue was in your case, but it could be a setting in your browser, like the Do Not Track setting. If this is enabled, the plugin will conclude that the user doesn't want to be tracked, so the banner isn't shown, no consent is given.

If this is the case, it will show as such on the cookie policy.
