Debian

• Apparently apt on jessie (NeuroDebian VM) doesn't have yet policy command, and they need to use apt-cache policy. Make a note on that

Git

• "tags" came as a surprise, although relate to git describe
• url to clone needs to be fixed to include 2018
• might be worth of a sentence for why there is a fetch when we have pull. Before github, there were no way to check the diff between local branches and what people have done. So fetch + diff was/used for that

git-annex

• mentioning of git-annex branch comes a bit out of the blue
• may be add some git-annex'ed data to this ohbm2018-training so ppl could explore on it
