this is basically #48 rebased to v1.1.0

  • add baxter_simple.urdf
  • use collada stl model for baxter_simple.urdf
  • add simplifed stl model

    Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/release-0.7.0'
Adds a URDF that uses the simplified meshes from k-okada.

* This can be loaded into a separate rosparam for low-bandwith
  applications (e.g. RViz for Android, perhaps?)
Changes the remaining DAE files to STL's for the baxter_simple.urdf
This allows STL parsers like RViz for Android to visualize them.
There should probably be simplified textures for these last three
STL's created too.
