Meson install failure after reboot no /var/run/gstd directory

When installing GstD with Meson the directory /var/run/gstd is created but after a reboot the directory is no longer created and GstD can't be use detach into a daemon

nvidia@nvidia-desktop:~$ gstd -e

GstD version 0.15.1
