Today I tried run preprocessing_demo.ipynb but encountered a few bumps on the way.
When setting-up the conda environment I did have to change the environment.yml file in two places

• - docutils==0.17.1 (to solve an issue that will be resolved in sphinx Update Sphinx to work with docutils-0.18.x sphinx-doc/sphinx#9777)
• -jupyter (I tried to install it afterwards like suggested, but ended up with some dependency troubles)

After that it crashed on shading_correction(filepath, parameter_file) with the message ValueError: Number of processes must be at least 1
I had to edit HFK16w.yml to include:

shading_correction:
    channels: [0,1]

But after these edits preprocessing_demo.ipynb worked without any further errors and I got the expected output. Thank you very much for making this package! I'm looking forward to using it for our own data.
