Uploaded image's preview is larger than the image itself

Description:

The preview of small uploaded images is larger than the actual image.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Upload a small image

Expected behavior:

The preview should be at most the size of the original image.

Actual behavior:

The preview is larger than the original image and blurry.

Server Setup Information:

Not mine. If there's a way for the client to know these details, please let me know!

Additional context

This is probably a client-side issue.

At first I thought it might be related to #11194, but after reading more, it seems like it's not the same problem at all.
