Your Rocket.Chat version: (0.22)
For rocket.chat to be used as an internal communication platform within a company, I think the feature of a department tree would be necessary.
I suggest adding a "Users & Organization" section to the left panel, which contains something like a department tree where ALL users are listed and sorted into different departments(as they are in different departments of the company).
Also, a phone number field for the user info page would be very convenient. So at least 2 new attributes of a user should be added: department and phone number.

This would be a very nice feature, but unfortunately it does not align with our current roadmap, so it's probable that it would not be implemented in the near future. I will be closing this issue for now, if we plan to add a feature like this we will reopen this issue. Thanks for the valuable feedback!
