Offer variants for sorting channels by type

If you have a lot of livechat guests or channels, you can see the unread or direct messages only after a lot of scrolling down the left pane.

Feature request

Extend sort order settings with a third order section:

• Direct Messages first
• Channels first
• Livechat first

In addition, provide a system wide default sort order setting for all users.
