Anything new about that? Feedback collection is essential when you offer, for example, support through the livechat. There is already analytics section in the Omnichannel settings. Is there any chance for this feature to be added back then? Or does anyone have another solution/suggestion how to integrate some feedback collection feature after the conversation is resolved? |
Hi, I'm new using Rocket.Chat, I need to display a feedback survey when the livechat has ended.
In the code I saw that there's actually a survey that I could use, but I cannot find a way to enable this.
Is there a way to enable this on the administration settings?
Or how can I enable this feature?
