  • Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 0.66.0
  • Operating System: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
  • Deployment Method: Manual
  • NodeJS Version: 8.11.3
  • DB Replicaset Oplog: Disabled

Hi, I'm new using Rocket.Chat, I need to display a feedback survey when the livechat has ended.

In the code I saw that there's actually a survey that I could use, but I cannot find a way to enable this.

Is there a way to enable this on the administration settings?
Or how can I enable this feature?

Hi @Sora16!

We have disabled the Survey Feedback feature some time ago, because we were storing these data but we didn't have a specific location to display it, so we decided to hide this feature until we provide a way to evaluate visitor feedback.
The good news is that we started working on providing new tools for Livechat managers, such as dashboards, etc.
After that, we will start working on the redesign of our Livechat and then the Survey Feedback will be available again.

Livechat 's new design is in our short-term roadmap, so stay tuned to know when we will release out our new Livechat feature.

Anything new about that? Feedback collection is essential when you offer, for example, support through the livechat. There is already analytics section in the Omnichannel settings. Is there any chance for this feature to be added back then?

Or does anyone have another solution/suggestion how to integrate some feedback collection feature after the conversation is resolved?
