That is not possible. The touchpad sensors are not applied to that region of the controller. There is no way to detect which portion of that region is being touched at that moment. Upper Touch works in DS4Windows by checking for the press of the Touchpad Click button with no detected Touch data. |

I noticed that my index fingers are kind of resting on the upper touch zone when using the Dualsense.
I would love to be able to split the upper touch zone into at least two zones, so I can use them as additional shoulder buttons.
Maybe even four zones could be used reliably.
