Issue with execution of Jenkins pipeline

Hi Team,
I'm trying to integrate SAP applications into Jenkins pipeline using piper library.
I had configured the piper library in Manager Jenkins section, written appropriate JenkinsFile scripts and used config.yml file as well.
I'm trying to achieve cloudfoundry deploy and mtabuild. But my job is failing as attached in image. Earlier this setup was working but, recently it seems to be failing.

So please support.
