By accessing or using the data specified in SCBI-ForestGEO/Dendrobands/README.md](https://github.com/SCBI-ForestGEO/Dendrobands/blob/master/README.md), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Data use request: Anyone interested in using these data should contact the PI (Kristina Anderson-Teixeira, GitHub user teixeirak) prior to beginning analyses. Data use requests may be denied if they compete with planned publications (particularly those led by early-career researchers) or fail to adhere to acceptable standards of scientific integrity and rigour.

  2. Co-authorship invitation: We require that the members of our team who contributed to data collection be invited as co-authors (with full opportunity to comment on analysis plans and draft manuscripts) on any scientific publication using these data. Please contact the PI (Kristina Anderson-Teixeira, GitHub user teixeirak) for a list of data contributors and their contact information.

  3. Beyond the data use request and coauthorship invitation requirement, use of these data follows the terms of Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license.
