Add Beta Issues

Please add all the Beta Release Issues to GitHub, similar to what you did before for the PoC. That is, you do will:

1. Move any open PoC Issues to the Beta Milestone, including any Issues we added.

2. Add new Issues and put them in the Beta Milestone. Remember that for the Beta Release you must have implemented all the main/core features of your app.

3. Close this when you are done adding them, which should be before the end of January.

I will then look at them and tell you if they look good or not.

@josemvidal Would you mind doing a "draft check" of the beta issues we currently have? Keeping in mind what we discussed in office hours last semester, we tried to make them more detailed. If we need to add any more/add more detail, we can handle that before the Jan 31 deadline.
