Org/Settings: Alert user that they haven't saved changes when they move away from the page

In Organizations / settings, if the user makes a change to "Default Display Fields" and then moves to another page, the program doesn't alert the user that they haven't saved their changes (as it does on many other pages).

We need to add that feature to all the pages, including this one.
