memory type indices #215

In the Memory tab, it would be useful if memory-types were numbered with the memory-type-index as provided by vkGetPhysicalDeviceMemoryProperties.

As it stands (3.31) the memory-types are numbered seemingly by just where they happen to fall within each heap
